Selecting Save As..., under the Edit menu, saves the current record by a new name.
Selecting Save As... allows you to alphabetize or save a record by a name different than the first or last name. Saving As... does not alter the integrity of the record; the list name can be completely different from the first line of the records, e.g. Mrs. John Smith can be alphabetized simply as “Mary.”
